1. Privacy Policy

This site (the “Service”) accepts sign-ups via social login with a Google or Discord account. It collects the information below to operate the hosting environment and member features.

Items collected

  • On login (required): The account identifier (unique ID), email address, display name, and profile image URL provided by the external OAuth provider (Google or Discord)
  • Member activity information: Nickname (set by you), an auto-issued 6-character user code, records of tournaments hosted and joined, entered result data, and saved deck configurations
  • Server logs (automatic): IP address, User-Agent, Referer, and access timestamp (Vercel server logs)

Purpose of collection

  • Identifying members and maintaining login sessions
  • Providing member-only features such as hosting and joining tournaments and saving results
  • Monitoring service stability and responding to incidents
  • Blocking abnormal traffic (automated crawling and abusive requests)

Retention period

  • Member information: retained until a withdrawal request, then anonymized immediately upon withdrawal (personally identifying information is deleted).
  • Tournament records after withdrawal: tournament data hosted or joined by a withdrawn member is preserved with the nickname of that user for statistical consistency (no personally identifying information).
  • Vercel server logs: follow the Vercel platform default retention policy (typically 7 to 30 days).

Third-party provision and outsourcing

  • Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and advertising SDKs are not used.
  • Hosting: Vercel Inc. (USA) — infrastructure used only for page delivery.
  • Authentication and database: Supabase Inc. (Singapore region) — stores member and tournament data.
  • OAuth login providers: Google LLC and Discord Inc. — the privacy policy of each company applies separately.

How to withdraw membership

You can withdraw yourself directly from your profile page. Upon withdrawal, personally identifying information such as your OAuth identifier, email, nickname, and profile image is permanently deleted, while tournament data you hosted or joined is masked as “withdrawn member” and retained for statistical consistency.

User rights

Members may modify their nickname or profile image, or delete their account, at any time. For other privacy-related requests, contact us at the address below and we will respond within reason.

2. Terms of Service

This Service provides information related to Beyblade X as part of a non-commercial fan activity. By using the Service, you are deemed to agree to the provisions below.

Data accuracy

Part information, statistics, tournament results, and the like provided by the Service are not official materials. They may differ from reality due to data-entry errors or differences in collection timing, and the operator makes no express or implied warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

Service interruption and changes

The Service may be temporarily suspended, or features may be changed or discontinued, due to server maintenance, outages, failures of external dependencies (hosting or DB), or the circumstances of the operator; the operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising therefrom.

Sign-up and account

The Service accepts sign-ups via Google or Discord social login. Members are responsible for the nickname they enter and the information they upload (tournaments hosted, results entered, decks saved, and so on). If impersonation of others or use of a clearly inappropriate nickname is confirmed, the operator may change the nickname or restrict account use without prior notice.

Member content (UGC)

Copyright in all content registered by a member — tournament information, deck configurations, nicknames, and so on — belongs to its author. However, the member grants the operator permission to use and display such content within the scope of operating and presenting the Service. Content confirmed to clearly violate laws, infringe the rights of others, or interfere with service operation may be deleted or modified by the operator without notice.

Prohibited conduct

  • Stealing the account of another user or manipulating the Service by abnormal means
  • Impersonating the operator or other members
  • Registering content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights such as copyrights or trademarks
  • Causing excessive traffic with automated tools or attempting to breach the system
  • Reproducing or redistributing the content of the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Infringing the rights of the operator or third parties
